烤鸡用盐糖腌过,用架子架在烤盘里,烤盘里放一点蜂蜜水,325度烤,每10分钟用盘子里的汁水浇一遍,最后一次用柠檬汁刷,烤一小会儿到内部温度175度拿出来后撒上盐和胡椒。等几分钟,内部温度能到180就全熟了。如果把胡椒换成炒过的花椒面就香一点。

Pre-cooked (to reheat) -- 140°F

Eggs -- Cook until yolk & white are firm
