Apparently not heavy-handed enough, perhaps. I took out about a third of the crops from the tree and supported the drooping branches with cedar planks. But my peach tree is fairly young.

I don't advocate cutting the branches, just thinning out the crops before they grow too big will do. But that's just my instinct. Hey!
Good god, you have a lot of peaches.
One Latino woman saw our peaches and really told a story. She said that her dying grandma only saw this kind of peaches when she was a child back in Central America. Now, she must have one before she dies. So, she is coming back to buy some peaches from us. Pity my son is too young to grasp the point of the story and didn't give her a peach or two. Now, they are all gone.
