Ok, winter, I give up. Forget discontent. This is the winter of our disbelief. ...... I accept that it's going to be winter forever. And I for one welcome our new, flakey overlords. Why, winter year-round will be grand. ....... No smog, no humidity, no insects. No summer love means no summer heartbreaks. ....... Endless winter will mean being comfortably numb, with smiles frozen on our faces. I give up, winter. You win. I am yours, and you're all right. A naysayer might claim I have Stockholm syndrome, but I checked. It's 14 and sunny there. Uncle, Mother Nature. Uncle.
