a few days ago when I took photos in the botanic garden, I found this beautiful female Cotton Harlequin bug with her eggs. She would guard the eggs until they hatch.

Today when I went to the botanic garden, I found the eggs had hatched. The mission of the female bug is complished now and her life will be ended soon.
A few months later, the next generation will dominate the plant.
蝽妈妈就要死了,但是它的孩子们正在茁壮成长。
Her children are growing but she is dying.

That bird is a common "Noisy Miner". Scientific name is Manorina Melanocephala. "The noisy miner is perhaps the best known honeyeater in Eastern Australia".
