1st assume we have a square of sides 350 and the jagged edge runs through from left to right to dissect the square into 2 congruent pieces. If we overlap this square with a square same as this one but turned 90 degrees, the 2 jagged edges intersect at the center of the square and divided it into before equal parts. Hopefully there is one goat in each of them since I have not really tried this out.
